Fulfillment
The Quiet War apparel is produced on demand through our print partner (Printful). After you order, items are printed and packed for shipment — typically not from an in-house warehouse. Production and carrier times vary by product and destination.
Shipping
- We ship to addresses you provide at checkout. Verify spelling before you pay.
- Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout when available. They are estimates, not guarantees — carriers may delay during peak seasons or weather events.
- International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes charged by your country. Those fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Order issues
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will make it right with a reprint or refund as appropriate.
Returns & exchanges
Because items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size ordered. Check sizing charts before you buy. If we shipped the wrong item or there is a quality defect, contact us — we will replace or refund eligible orders.
Cancellations
Orders enter production quickly. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer after we issue the refund.
